- The copyright of all graphics, templates, and artwork on this website are retained by Spiffy Boutiques.
- Templates and graphics purchased on Spiffy Boutiques may not be Resold, Duplicated, or altered in any way by the customer or a third party. Spiffy Boutiques may be hired to create matching items for the customer such as banners, logos, blog designs, etc.
- The purchase of a template from Spiffy Boutiques gives the client Use of the template, not ownership. All credits to Spiffy Boutiques must remain in tact.
- Due to the Digital Nature of the products sold on SpiffyBoutiques.com, there will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
- Spiffy Boutiques includes free installation of each template for approved webhosts. If you are using a webhost that is not approved, you must contact us prior to purchase. There may be additional fees. You will not receive a lesser template fee if you choose to install the template on your own.
- All graphics, templates, logos, print products must be used in the manner in which they are delivered to you without alteration.
- All templates are tested in Internet Explorer, Safari, and FireFox for compatability.
- Spiffy Boutiques reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Turn Around Time on Products and Installation
Spiffy Boutiques has an efficient turn around time of 2 to 8 days from the date of purchase. However, during busy times or closed times, we will place a note on our home page concerning delays.
Payment
Spiffy Boutiques accepts credit card payments and money transfers through PayPal as payment for the products/services on our website.
